When I get up having an "off day" and feeling strange, I immediately go into my "if you can not fix it or change it, do not stress" mode to get through the day.

Easier said than done, though. 

With practice and dedication, right at about 9 am, my positive and excited thoughts start taking over.

I hold the quartz stone I keep on my desk at work for about 5-7 minutes and, recently, I have had the impulse to put it on the top of my head, and clarity comes to me about so many things! 

And the "off" feeling is gone!
