We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products shipped to the United States. Items must be in new or slightly used condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

3. 3Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any USPS location.
4. 4Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 7 days.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right — at no cost to you — with a replacement or full refund.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return. There are no restocking fees. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
